Once you have successfully Registered at our forums, also changing your 'In-game' AA to the Confederation Of Independent States, and writing "Protected By Knights Of The Round Table" in you nation Bio.  You will be accepted as a Full Member of this Alliance.

The next step is to complete a Nation Build Up Aid Declaration at the Department Of Banking.  All Aid is supplied to purchase Infrastructure, Improvements and Wonders.  It is not supplied to purchase Military Hardware, for attacking other nations.  An acceptable Military Level is either 20% or 40% of Soldiers, as a Ratio to your Citizen level. Anything above that level will cause a nation to go into stagnation.

All Build Up Aid Records are held with our Alliance, where members can gain access.  Aid of $6 million will be paid every ten days until delivery of $108 million has been completed.
